MYSTERY JAM MONDAY PART 453

Welcome to the 453rd edition of Phish.Net's Mystery Jam Monday, the final puzzle of February. The winner will receive an MP3 download code courtesy of our friends at LivePhish.com / Nugs.Net. To win, be the first person to identify the song and date of all three mystery clips, which are connected by a theme. Answer: Congrats to @sawitagain5 on his first MJM win! Quite impressive to go for three clips as a rookie - as mentioned in the comments, this week's theme was that all three clips were from "Weekapaug Groove": 1/2/15, 2/9/93, and 8/4/15. MJM454 brings the pyrotechnics on Monday...

Currently in the exact same boat as you! Got Miami and Nashville immediately but have been going through all the mid 90s Weekapaugs to find clip 2 ????

Well done. It actually crossed my mind that they may have all been Weekapaug jams, but I wasn't sure. Thought the second one sounded like '93, and I guess I was right. Didn't look at 2/9 though. The others sounded like 3.0 era, but I wasn't certain. Awesome win @sawitagain5. Very impressive.

wow, I was lazy on the first one thinking it might be 7/8/16 Cities with Mike on Trey’s guitar, so I spent all my energy on the middle one and I think I checked every Paug from 12/28/96 back through late Feb 93, stopped just shy!

but because I was just focusing on that one I wouldn’t have gotten it anyway! but I now have a really cool picture of how Weekapaug evolved and holy smokes I have so many versions I need to sit down with now from that... the Fall 94 ones are just out of sight, GDit I LOVE that tour... maybe I should listen to the whole thing, but I’ve got like 4 different Grateful Dead listening projects going on already!! (Fall 80 Acoustic/Electric runs, Spring 84, 86-87 shows bookending Jer’s coma, and I can’t even remember the last... a 93 deep dive I think / Jer’s switching to the Cripe guitar.. I’m a huge nerd)

I *stopped* listening to Weekapaugs because I thought that this was too obvious. After getting the first two I had a brief flirtation with "Jams Played On Dates Where The Numberical Value Of The Month is Half That Of The Day, Or Vice Versa." Nice job, Sawitagain5!

You know @UCPete is maniacal when an easy theme of 'all Weekepaug' threw people off! I have, too searched for bizzaro theme with no avail . . .

That face you make when you immediate know clip 3 and are pretty sure clip 2 is '93, but you give up because you have "no idea" on clip 1 only to find out that YOU WERE AT THE F*&CK!#G SHOW!!!...... Oof. Why isn't the Miami show in my iTunes? Solid question.
