Agreed. The Philly Fuego is one of the best jams of summer. Exploratory, inventive and democratic. Not sure why it wasn't featured.
That snub could be looked at as a testament to Phish's incredible level of playing right now. If a 26 minute jam with fantastic results could get swept under the rug, they must be doing something right.

In fact, we took pains to say we were not sweeping anything under the rug.

We came to digital blows over the 3 jamming Fuegos, but ultimately for this piece our process was "pick one you like and run with it." There were so many great improvisational moments this summer that there was no way to cover them all with our current roster.

Definitely unpack the Mann Fuego in a comment. I'd love to read it and I'm confident others would too. Cheers.
