Found it....pretty close but not the one I don't think. Mine is labeled Jammin Santana Live in Stowe, VT 7/25/92. It's a very high end artsy professional CD case. The White CD itself says made in Italy. Other markings are HQ 11, CD 15, and it has a round purple stamp with Italian wording, possibly VAE written. There's a Spanish dude with cartoon wording bubbles on the cover and inside is a photo of Phish in old timey costumes from Hoist is it? Fish in the striped one piece bathing suit. It's not on any generic CD is what I'm saying. I must have bought it at a store when that sort of stuff was allowed.
