A little crackle in the sound system during Curtain to start off with. Not a bad Curtain, just ok into a good solid Melt. Fee was pretty standard which slipped into a really good Maze. Page is back to the organ and this might be the first great Maze! Except the end is rushed, but still tight. Reba is a little better than average for this tour. Pen and Stash are nice. Rift still has it's problems during the solo sections. Esther is ok, not great. I think Trey changed the lyrics to tumbled and died instead of they flutter and glide too. Antelope is a solid closer. It has a cut to another source or tape flip though.
Funny signal to start Glide second set to see if anyone was at last night's show. Look who's in the freezer, Bruce Hampton! Solid Tweezer. Coil is good, and Mind of its Own. Unfortunately the YEM jam gets cut by a tape flip I think. Pretty good YEM though. Horse>Silent fades in on side B and still isn't up to par yet. Chalkdust is standard. Pretty uneventful Fishman section. Nice Hood. Tweeprise is expected and standard.
Carolina was missing from the bootleg I heard, but Cavern was there in all it's glory. Always a good encore.
Good solid show again tonight, pretty good energy, not a lot of mistakes.
