Review by ForgeTheCoin

ForgeTheCoin This show was a classic example of a big performance when nobody shows up. What I heard was that Phil & Friends were playing nearby, so a lot of folks on TAB tour skipped this one... the ampitheater was VERY sparsely filled - couldn't give you an attendance number but it was incredible how empty it was, especially at a place with such great Phish history like the Terrapin Station bust-out.

In any case, one of those shows you are just lucky to make. Trey made some comments about it being the anniversary of playing with the GHC and so they really played their hearts our in honor of the occasion. The standout of the show, without a doubt, is the Jibboo > Jam that goes for somewhere between 20 and 40 minutes, can't recall exactly. All I know is that just when you'd think the jam was about to end, they'd hop right back in the groove - Trey was just having too much fun with it - huge smile on his face throughout. The few people who were there were absolutely eating up the funk.

Of the few TAB shows I have seen, this one certainly took the cake. If you are a fan of the cow funk, make a point of finding a copy of this Jibboo...
