And since we're entirely volunteer – with no office, salaries, or paid staff – administrative costs are less than 2% of revenues! So far, we've distributed over $2 million to support music education for children – hundreds of grants in all 50 states, with more on the way.

After the break: I love Dinner and A Movie and I love this one. The energy carries over into Gin. As much as I appreciate Dinner and a Movie, the real first set highlight is the Mike's Song which includes a great fiery heavy jam that would probably sound corny if they played it today but sounds awesome on tape in '92. Hydrogen is weird, it's just... a bit off. BUT the 'paug is really good, sort of a charmingly simple ramshackle jam. Maybe that's not the best way to describe it but that's what I'm going with. Check it out. NICU does nothing for me here, it's odd, not quite cooked yet. However Llama and Mound are both good and then Stash! I love it. Fish is funny during the Cold as Ice>Rosie>Cold as Ice run. It's pretty great actually. Uncle Pen is well done. This bluegrass flavored Cavern is awesome.
Guacamole Jam BBFCFM Encore is also great.
So a decent Antelope, Dinner and a Movie, a worthwhile Mike's Groove (DollarBill is right about Hydrogen but I disagree with him on the 'paug), fun Rosie, Bluegrassy Cavern, top it all off with guacamole... fun show!
Do you need to hear this show RIGHT NOW? No, but it's good.
