The Mockingbird Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Phish fans in 1996 to generate charitable proceeds from the Phish community.
And since we're entirely volunteer – with no office, salaries, or paid staff – administrative costs are less than 2% of revenues! So far, we've distributed over $2 million to support music education for children – hundreds of grants in all 50 states, with more on the way.
Review by SawItAgaaain
Jam-heavy dishes though out, with Stash and especially SOAM getting real nasty in the first set. Six-song second set that featured a long-awaited (for me, at least) Waves>Ruby Waves, the latter taking jam of the night. Easily a 4.3+ show.
You get the sense the boys are have Mexico circles on their calendars these days cause the quality of shows there just keeps rising.
Maybe I can finally make it happen next year…
