Review by Divided_Stash
Camel Walk: played well
Crowd Control: standard
Stash: awesome version that stays type 1
Cars Trucks Buses: standard
Carini: interesting placement, breaks away for a few minutes, but returns to the main riff to finish
My Sweet One: standard
Character Zero: standard rager
Tweezer: very odd position, this combo is a glimpse of 6/7/2009 in the future. This one stays in familiar territory and focuses more on a set ending peak (which is fantastic) than exploration. Good stuff
Wilson: pretty normal
Down With Disease: likely due to the antics that would follow, this version stays type 1 and is cut short. Kind of disappointing but still a fun high energy moment
99 Problems: the ultimate Phish musical guest makes his appearance. Crowd loves it
Big Pimpin: one more. Also this should’ve been first set but whatever
Chalk Dust Torture: back to our regularly scheduled projamming, we get the first type 2 journey of the night. It grows quiet and spacey and goes from there. Really wonderful and creative
Harry Hood: strangely exploratory and unfinished type 2 version
Taste: awesome peaking set closer. Another short set though
Bug: audible “awww” from the crowd lol
Tweezer Reprise: standard
This is not a bad show at all, it just needed more length. Amazing jamming in CDT and Harry, and good playing with minimal flubs. Big improvement on Vegas, the crowd was very enthusiastic. This is a 6/10 with points off for short length and bad Jay Z placement. Highlights are Tweezer, Chalk Dust, and Hood
